dc.description.abstractEl día 22 de enero de 2016, al concurrir al Complejo Penitenciario de La Serena, a visitar al interno John Patrick Zúñiga Yáñez, éste se encontraba con lesiones visibles en todo su cuerpo, señalándole el interno que el día 20 de enero de 2016, él junto al interno Paulo Antonio Salinas Solimano, fueron agredidos físicamente por los funcionarios de Gendarmería Suboficial de apellido Cea y el Teniente de apellido Aguirre, provocándoles lesiones físicas, siendo estos hechos denunciados al Ministerio Público por Gendarmería.es_ES
